The project is designed to cater to a growing middle-class seeking a country home lifestyle in a green environment. In total, the project plans to host 250 homes, designed around a 3-star hotel, commercial spaces, various recreational amenities like parks, an arboretum and a marina.

Our Story
Volta World is more than just a country home – it is a community-driven haven where residents can unwind, connect, and create unforgettable memories. Our property will span 200 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, featuring a mix of indigenous vegetation, including coconut, cotton, palm, and baobab trees. With almost a kilometer of riverfront, our site will offer a marina, breathtaking vistas and opportunities for relaxation and recreation.
Our Journey
We’re excited to share that Volta World is currently under construction, with phase one underway. Our team is working tirelessly to bring this vision to life, and we can’t wait to welcome you to our little slice of paradise.
Project Update
Construction commenced in Sept 2024 after successfully obtaining permits for the project.

Phase I
Scope of works include the construction of initial site infrastructure (Electricity, entrance roads), perimeter fencing, model house, and the site office.

Phase II
Which is the 1st phase of the 3-star hotel, restaurant, Marina and dormitories for staff is scheduled to start in the 2nd Half of 2025
